Peach Cherry Cobbler

Made with fresh peaches and sweet cherries, this peach cobbler is the perfect homemade Summer dessert! Best served warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. It’s cherr-iffic and will not disappoint!

Peel and slice peaches, removing the pit.

Slice cherries in half and remove the pits.

In a bowl, combine peaches, cherries, sugar, honey, cinnamon, all-purpose flour, and water.

In a heavy bottom pan over medium-high heat, bring fruit mixture to a boil. Lower to a simmer. Cook until fruit is softened and sugar is dissolved, about 5 minutes.

To make the topping: In a mixing bowl, whisk to combine all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, whole milk, and salt.

Pour the topping all over the top of the fruit filling and bake until golden brown, about 40 minutes.

Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
